- Order Cancellation

- If shipped, the returns policy will apply.
- Refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation fee for requests made within 7 days, applicable only to unopened products.

Product Return Requirements
- Returned or replaced items must be:
- Unopened and in original packaging.
- Accompanied by all in-box literature, warranty/guarantee cards, freebies, and accessories (e.g., mouse, keyboard, etc.).

- Once approved, the exchange/replacement product will be shipped and delivered within 6–7 working days.
Refund Policy
- Taxes (if applicable) will be refunded.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Exchange orders: ₹1000 shipping included (initial shipping is free).
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method:
- Credit Cards: 7–21 working days.
- Debit Cards / Net Banking: 5–7 working days.
