Return Period

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for most products.

Exchange & Refund Conditions

  1. Damaged or Defective on Arrival
    • Free replacement within 7 days of invoice date.
    • Proof required: Unboxing video or photos showing the defect.
  2. Wrong Shipment by Microline Store
    • Free replacement within 7 days of invoice date.
    • Mandatory: Invoice copy for verification.
  3. Incorrect Order Placed by Customer
    • Free replacement within 7 days of invoice date for unopened products only.
  4. Customer Needs / Alternate Product
    • Free replacement within 7 days of invoice date for unopened products only.
  5. Order Cancellation
    • No charges if the item has not yet been shipped.
    • If shipped, the returns policy will apply.
    • Refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation fee for requests made within 7 days, applicable only to unopened products.

Product Return Requirements

  • Returned or replaced items must be:
    • Unopened and in original packaging.
    • Accompanied by all in-box literature, warranty/guarantee cards, freebies, and accessories (e.g., mouse, keyboard, etc.).
  • Once approved, the exchange/replacement product will be shipped and delivered within 6–7 working days.

Refund Policy

  • Taxes (if applicable) will be refunded.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Exchange orders: ₹1000 shipping included (initial shipping is free).
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method:
    • Credit Cards: 7–21 working days.
    • Debit Cards / Net Banking: 5–7 working days.
